What does all natural skincare mean?

+ Megs Organx offers 100% organic and all natural skincare products, which means that all ingredients used are plant-based with zero chemicals, fragrances, or harmful toxins.


Are refunds or returns offered? 

+ On most occasions, I will not offer refunds because I do not have a return policy. If you purchased by accident or cannot use a products due to the ingredients after receiveing your items, please contact Megs Organx via email to be refunded. 


Are your products bought wholesale or handmade?

+ All Megs Organx products are handmade by Jayla Walker (@jaylamegs).


Where are you products made?

+ We are based in Atlanta, GA.


What are your processing/shipping days and how can I track a package?

+ Processing can range from 2-14 days. All products are shipped with USPS First Class shipping, which is 2 days. So, you will receive your items 4-16 days from when your order was placed. An email notification will be sent to you when your items are shipped and you will be able to track your package there!


My shipping label was created but my package hasn't moved?

+ When shipping labels are created, your package is still being processed. Check your tracking 24-48 hours after for updates.
